FETHIYE - is situated in east coast of Turkey, about 30 minutes from Dalaman (to the west) and about2 hours from Antalya (to the east). Both these cities have international airports. Set on the hillside of Mount Mendos, Fethiye is a vibrant harbour town sitting on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea. The waters are the clearest turquoise shade and offer you the chance to watch the most glorious sunsets whilst sipping cocktails on the waters edge at one of the many restaurants that surround the bay. The town of Fethiye has everything you need for a rich and varied living experience - a wealth of historical and cultural sights, the bazaar with it’s narrow, shady streets, great shopping and outstanding beaches. Sailing is also very popular in Fethiye and offers and wide range of boat trips to the small islands lying off the coast or you can charter your own Gullet either with or without a crew.
CALIS - beach is the best place to watch the sun go down, with 4 km. of beach and cool evening winds during the hot summer months. During the day the warm seas are perfect for a host of water sports, while in the evening, there are numerous restaurants and bars for you to enjoy the end to a perfect day.
OLUDENIZ - Though we describe Oludeniz as a busy resort, it is still idyllically undeveloped. Walking ten minutes out from your hotel, you reach a wood, a hillside or an isolated cove...Oludeniz lies at the heart of South West coast of Turkey, the area is known as “the Turquoise Coast” of Turkey - most probably due to it’s incredibly blue waters and sun drenched beaches. It is the ideal holiday destination. Be it diving, rafting, paragliding or simply walking and sunbathing lazily on the beach, Oludeniz has it all! Situated in the heart of Lycia, is the ideal centre for visiting it’s many antique cities. Xanthos, Letoon, Pinara, Tlos, Sdyma, Myra, and many others. The many natural wonders in the area attract as much interest as the historical sites.
Property sizes will vary in size dramatically however, all our property in Turkey are unbelievably large compared to the average holiday properties in other parts of the Mediterranean. Apartments often more suited for holiday or rental purposes, from practical studio apartments to superb two bedroom apartments and the more generous size of anything up to luxury 4 bedroom apartments with substantial gardens, which are more suited to the larger family or all year round living.
Ground floor apartments are especially suitable for families with young children and more mature couples, as there are no stairs and commonly the apartment will come with a garden to enjoy and for children to play safely.
Penthouses are generally the most popular choice in a complex, because they are at the top. They offer spectacular views over the mountains or sea. On many complexes the penthouse also comes with a large roof solarium offering all day sun. Townhouses are generally our equivalent of a terraced or semi detached house, much more spacious than an apartment often with roof terrace, solarium and gardens. Townhouses are very popular, especially for families with young children and investors as they offer ample accommodation and can have a good sized garden for children to play safely.
Villas vary in size dramatically, with 2, 5 or even 6 bedrooms. Generally detached and either on one or two levels. They can have substantial roof terraces, solariums, gardens and often there is enough space for parking and even your own swimming pool if you wish. The lifestyle in Turkey lends itself to outdoor living, therefore it is important to have spacious outdoor leisure areas for entertaining or just relaxing on your own terrace, soaking up the rays of the late afternoon sun.
